Yes. We repair broken rings in house. We inspect the damage first, then recommend the best repair for your ring and how you wear it.

If a prong has shifted or moved please bring it in. If the prongs look flat from the side they need to be rebuilt or if it is missing a prong and it is no longer on top of the stone.

Not all rings are sizeable. If the are made out of tungsten or titanium they are not sizeable. If they have stones that don't take heat it can be a risk. You should not go up or down more than 2 sizes as this will put stress on the ring. Also if it is gold plated that plating will be damaged.

Yes, we can repair platinum. The repair cost are often more as specialized equipment is required.
